Buffalo Chicken Cauliflower Casserole

2 bags frozen cauliflower

2 cans diced chicken

1/3 cup hot sauce (I use Franks)

1/4 cup Ranch

2 eggs, beaten

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup chopped celery

2 cups shredded cheddar

Preheat oven to 350

Cool cauliflower as directed on the bag and drain

In a large bowl mix cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch and eggs.

Add cauliflower, chicken, diced celery, 1 cup cheese

Mix until well combined

Add to 11X7 casserole dish

Top with remaining cheese

Bake for 30 minutes
