INGREDIENTS
Vanilla Version
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
4 tablespoon powdered sweetener
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Version
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup powdered sweetener
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
pour 8 ounces of almond milk into jar (I used a 16 oz Mason jar with a lid)
Add remaining ingredients (add chia seeds last!)
Mix, cover, and place in refrigerator about a hour. Then come back and mix. Cover again.
Leave in for 4 hours or overnight.
Mix again when you remove it as well.
Add your favorite toppings! I love adding keto friendly granola and chopped berries!
