Egg Loaf (Breadless French Toast)

Ingredients

8 eggs

8 ounces cream cheese

4 tablespoons melted butter


Preheat oven to 350.


Blend all ingredients together really well until mixtures is similar to a soupy consistency.


Pour in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 45 minutes (don’t be alarmed at how puffy it is when it is done!)


Let cool for 5 minutes! This gives it time to settle


Cut into squares or slices and either store in fridge until ready to eat or pan fry in butter for 60-90 seconds on 2 sides.


Add toppings of choice! In this picture I added sugar free syrup, cinnamon, and Swerve powdered sugar!
