Ingredients
Dressing:
3 Tbsp mayo
7 shakes red wine vinegar
Squirt garlic purée
8 shakes red pepper, garlic, oregano blend
2 squirts of Submarine dressing
Pinch sugar substitute (Swerve is what I use)
1/3 cup pepper Jack cheese
Mix above ingredients together in a bowl and set aside
Meat:
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lay 2-3 slices of deli lunch meat and top with 1-2 slices of cheese.
Put in 350*F oven and bake until meat is heated and cheese is melted.
In the meantime:
Prepare Lettuce: cut off about 1/4 a head of Bibb lettuce and cut in small pieces.
Cut 1-2 slices off of a red onion and dice.
Add lettuce and onion to mayo mixture in the bowl. (Can add chopped pepperoncini also)
Put the heated meat/cheese onto your Keto friendly bread/tortilla. (Can toast bread) Then top with some of the salad mixture.
Note: you can just mix the meat in with the salad mixture and eat as a salad. Maybe add tomatoes etc.
