Ingredients:
1 c Lily's white chocolate chips
3/4 c sugarfree peanut butter
1 1/4 c unsweetened shredded coconut
OR
1 1/4 c keto granola ( I used toasted coconut vanilla!!)
Directions:
Melt Lily's and peanut butter in microwave in 30 second intervals and stir between.
Add coconut and mix well.
Scoop spoonful at a time on a lined baking sheet and then put in freezer for an hour! enjoy!
