Keto Ravioli

Ingredients:

1lb Italian sausage (loose)

2oz cream cheese (1/4 block)

2 Tbsp sour cream

24 slices provolone cheese

Marinara of choice

Grated parmesan for garnish

Preheat oven to 375F

Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper

Bake 12 slices of provolone for 5 minutes (6 per tray) then remove from pan, paper and all and set aside

Line the cookie sheets again and bake the other 12 slices of provolone for 5 minutes

Cook sausage while cheese is baking

Add sour cream and cream cheese, mix together

Evenly distribute sausage mixture into the middle of 12 provolone slices (on the pan)

Top with the other 12 slices of provolone that you cooked first, press down over sausage and bake for another 4 minutes

Put desired number of ravioli on a plate, top with marinara and parmesan and serve
