Lazy Keto Tortillas

🌮taco night just got a little better🌮

1 cup almond flour

2 cups mozzarella cheese

1 tsp xanthan gum

Mix all ingredients together

Microwave for one minute

Divide dough into 4 parts (you could do 6 if you want them a little smaller!)

Roll thin and pan fry both sides in a little bit of avocado oil! Top with taco meat and your favorite taco toppings!!
