Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter (we used Smuckers Natural creamy)
1 egg
1/2 cup swerve you can use powdered or granular(we used powdered)
1 tsp vanilla
Optional: Lilys Chocolate Chips and Coconut Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Mix all ingredients in bowl until you get a dough like texture
Roll into 1 inch ball and or use cookie scoop and criscoss x on them with fork.
We sprinkled some granular swerve over them.
Bake for 12-15 min
Optional: Melt some Lily chips with Coconut Oil and dip half! Let cool and enjoy!
