Pepperjack Beef Casserole

Ingredients

12 ounces Pepperjack cheese

2 pounds ground beef

1 pack onion soup mix

1/2 cup bacon crumbles

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

2 eggs

salt and pepper


Mix HWC and mayo, add in eggs, salt and pepper. Mix and set aside. Cook group beef and drain grease. Add in dry onion soup pack and bacon. Mix well add in 1 cup cheese. Put into Casserole dish, I used 9x13 and top with mayo mixture. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake 350° for 30 min.
