Ingredients:
3 tbsp egg whites
Splash of vanilla extract
2 tbsp monkfruit classic
6 tbsp super fine almond flour
1 tbsp softened cream cheese
½ tsp baking powder
Optional - Sprinkles
Frosting:
3 tbsp butter (softened)
1 oz cream cheese (softened)
15 drops butter cream flavoring (optional)
Splash of vanilla extract
2 tbsp powered monkfruit
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Put a small amount of batter in the middle of the chaffle maker.
Cook 3-4 mins. Let cool before frosting!
Repeat with remaining batter.
Top with frosting and sprinkles if you choose and enjoy!
