Ingredients:
1 cup pecans
1 TBSP Butter
2 TBSP Water
1/4 cup Erythritol
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
Combine butter, water, erythritol, vanilla, and cinnamon in a non-stick pan. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in pecans and continue to stir until sugars begin to crystallize.
Take off heat and spread over a tray lined with parchment. Leave to cool for 15 min and enjoy!
