Vanilla Cinnamon Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecans

  • 1 TBSP Butter

  • 2 TBSP Water

  • 1/4 cup Erythritol

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

  • Combine butter, water, erythritol, vanilla, and cinnamon in a non-stick pan. Bring to a simmer.

  • Stir in pecans and continue to stir until sugars begin to crystallize.

  • Take off heat and spread over a tray lined with parchment. Leave to cool for 15 min and enjoy!
